You are kindly requested to report any information about actual or potential breaches of law concerning:
  • Corruption, bribery and Fraud
  • Public procurement
  • Prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing
  • Security of transportation
  • Market and competition protection
    (including prevention of collusion, unacceptable agreements and market manipulation)
  • Environmental protection
  • Privacy and data protection
  • IT systems and network security and many more
    (see applicable regulations)
Do not hesitate to report information concerning:
  • Violation of our Code of Business Conduct
  • Actual or potential conflict of interest
  • Irregularities in purchasing or tender proceedings

External and public Disclosures

Under Polish law, you have the right to report violations of the law, within the scope specified by the Act—either orally or in writing to the Ombudsman or the competent public administration authority authorized to review the report; you may also file an external report with the competent authorities of the European Union.
