Information on the processing of personal data collected through hotline calls Aramco Fuels Poland Sp. z o.o
- The data controller of your personal data collected through hotline calls is Aramco Fuels Poland sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Jana z Kolna 11, 80-864 Gdańsk. Aramco Fuels Poland can be contacted via e-mail at: odo@aramcofuels.com or in writing to the registered office address indicated above. Aramco Fuels Poland has appointed Data Protection Officer who can be contacted via email at iod@aramcofuels.com regarding all matters related to the processing of personal data.
- The collected data will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR) for the following purposes:
a. for contact – the legal basis in this case is the legitimate interest of Aramco Fuels Poland;
b. sending offers related to the execution of cooperation agreements – the legal basis for data processing in this case is to take the necessary steps towards execution and performance of agreements. - Data will be retained for up to 12 months from the date of collecting through a hotline call.
- We may also transfer your personal data to operators who process personal data on behalf of Aramco Fuels Poland, including but not limited to: operators of IT systems, helplines or mailing services; whereas those operators process data on the basis of an agreement with Aramco Fuels Poland and in strict compliance with its instructions.
- Every data subject has the right to access their data, to request rectification, erasure or restriction of their processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of their data on the basis of the legitimate interest of Aramco Fuels Poland, as referred to in section 2(a). In the case of processing data for purposes related to the conclusion and performance of a contract, as referred to in section 2(b), the right to data portability shall also apply.

- Every data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority.
- The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for contact purposes or to prepare an offer for requested services.
