Aramco Fuels Poland conducts indirect procurement processes through the Logintrade platform

Selected competitive procurement processes for goods and services supporting our day-to-day operations are published on the platform, covering areas such as:
  • services
  • administration
  • IT
  • HR
  • marketing
  • infrastructure maintenance
  • business support
To participate in our procurement processes, Suppliers are required to register on the Logintrade platform.

How to participate in procurement?

Joining a procurement process at Aramco Fuels Poland is simple:
  1. Create and activate your account on the Logintrade platform
  2. Register as a Supplier on Logintrade.NET
  3. Review the procurement documentation available after logging in (depending on the publication mode)
  4. Submit your bid
All bid should be prepared and submitted in line with the instructions, deadlines, and requirements set out in the relevant request for quotations.

To ensure transparency and efficiency, all communication related to the procurement process - including questions, clarifications, and bid submissions - is handled exclusively via the Logintrade platform.

Important Information

Aramco Fuels Poland reserves the right to:
  • modify the procurement process prior to the bid submission deadline
  • cancel the  procurement process
  • not select any bids
  • select one or more Suppliers
  • conclude a cotnract covering all or part of the scope of the procurement process

Publishing a procurement process on the Logintrade platform does not constitute an obligation to enter into a contract and is carried out in accordance with Aramco Fuels Poland internal procedures.
