About the Company

Aramco Fuels Poland (AFP), headquartered in Gdańsk, Poland, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aramco Overseas Company (AOC). AFP commenced its business activities on November 30, 2022.

 

 

AFP’s core business is the manufacture and wholesale of refined petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel fuel, heating oil, LPG, sulfur and asphalts. Without owning production assets, the organization capitalizes on processing and off-take agreements with other refining operators, ensuring end-to-end handling of the sale and delivery of high-quality products and services across Poland. AFP’s key processes cover the whole value chain from crude purchases, storage, processing and logistics services through sales. With a country-wide network of storage depots AFP delivers products anywhere in Poland to its B2B partners as well as tender and key customers under SPOT and term contracts.

Mr. Jarosław Kobus

CEO

Mr. Jarosław Kobus is the CEO and Vice President Commercial.


  • Served in a number of managerial positions at Shell and LOTOS, in Poland and internationally.
  • Oil and gas industry expert with university degree and over 25 years of hands-on experience, particularly in domestic and international trade and supply of petroleum products and feedstock as well as hedging transactions and stock management.

Mr. Michał Kawczyński

CFO

Mr. Michał Kawczyński is the Vice President Finance, CFO.



  • Served in managerial positions at LOT AMS, ENERIS Fuels, ORLEN Paliwa, PKN Orlen, Philips, and E&Y.
  • University graduate and ACCA-qualified senior manager with 20 years of experience in finance management, controlling and audit and expertise in the energy production and sales industry. Worked on a number of M&A, restructuring, process optimization, capital acquisition, change management and business formation projects.  

Mr. Mohammed Al Kaki

COO

Mr. Mohammed Al Kaki is the Vice President Processing, Supply and Distribution.


  • Served in a number of managerial positions at Saudi Aramco
  • University graduate with over 15 years of experience in the refining industry with particular focus on processing, trading, stock and crude oil supply management as well as export and import of petroleum products.
